We design our organization to align individuals, teams and departments with accountability and ownership of our customers’ service. We focus on customer engagement with more than 90% of our employees serving our customers in some capacity. And we empower our staff with the authority to deliver value efficiently to our customers.


Skilled Individuals, Strong Teammates

People are our key assets and we equip our staff with training, certification, and the right job assignments to accumulate practical experience. We ensure that each individual is skilled and experienced with basic requirements like Microsoft MSITP 2008, HP & IBM, Cisco and specializations like VMware VCP and Citrix CCA.

We structure our organization to build strong teams, so each person performs his role not just individually but also cooperatively.

Dedicated to Service
We designed our organization to focus on delivering excellent service, with most of our staff engaged in customer service, and less than 10% of our total staff working in back-end admin.
   
Key department heads in all countries are empowered to make local decisions to ensure efficient local operations, and also report to our senior management team to ensure consistent high levels of service in all countries.
 

To enhance overall group operations, a regional team of core technical resources that includes senior management travels regularly to all our regional offices. We believe that sales and logistics need to be local, but technical expertise can be leveraged at regional levels, especially for technical consultancy and experience, to better serve our customers.
