| From S$1.4m to S$86m in 11 Years |
|
|
Whizz-Work has been in business for over 10 years, and we’ve grown from a local
small-medium enterprise with an S$1.4m turnover to an S$86m regional business.
Here are some of our key milestones along the way.

| From 1997 to 2000 –
Initial Setup |
|
|
During the initial start-up phase, starting from incorporation in 1997 to 2000,
we worked as a small team that focused on a core group of customers.
|

| From 2001 to 2004 –
Expansion |
|
 |
Our expansion began with a
strategic investment from Hutchison Harbour Ring Ltd in 2001, which has provided
us with not only financial resources but also management expertise. Hutchison
Harbour Ring Ltd still holds a 15% share with a board representative today.
|
|
With the additional resources, we grew
our sales force and acquired even more customers. We also expanded our technical
service capabilities, including partnerships with Microsoft, Citrix and VMware.
|
In June 2002, Whizz-Work Technology Co.
Ltd was incorporated in Thailand, and in August 2002 we opened Whizz-Work Sdn
Bhd in Malaysia. |

| From 2005 to 2006 –
Consolidation & Restructuring |
|
In 2005, as our business expanded, we
focused on streamlining our internal systems and processes to make our
operations more efficient to better serve our rapidly growing base of
customers. We built our own in-house applications, re-engineered our business
processes, and received an ISO 9001 certification as a result.
At the same time, we began reviewing our businesses; reducing inessential areas,
identifying and enhancing our core strengths – especially in system integration
– and establishing partnerships.
In 2006, we created a regional management team which transfers management
experience and technical expertise across our regional offices, transferring
lessons learned across regions, cutting down on learning curves and keeping us
as ready to serve as possible.

| From 2007 to Present Day |
|
In 2007, we celebrated our 10th year
anniversary since incorporation as well as our 5th year of operations in
Malaysia and Thailand. While maintaining our core products business, we have
grown to focus on solutions-focused services to better serve our customers,
from consultancies to implementation and maintenance, leveraging on our 10
years of experience to deliver quality service and expertise.
